Keeper Rack-Ratchet Tie-Down

Keeper's Rack-Ratchet is ideal for use on pickups with overhead racks carrying ladders or bundles of pipe. Coated steel double J-hooks for non-marring hold and D-ring allows for more holding options. Fits both round and square frame racks. 1-1/2 inch x 8 foot hi-test webbing retracts and stores on ratchet. Rated 500 lbs. working load limit, 1,500 lbs. break strength. Mounting hardware included.
