Return Authorization Request Form
Your complete satisfaction is our number one goal. If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 90 days from the date your order was received for a refund. We cannot exchange items. Please place a new order online for the replacement item(s).
Products must be returned with the original box, packaging, all manuals and accessories along with your proof of purchase. Merchandise must be in new condition.
No claims for shortages or damages will be honored unless reported within 10 business days from date of delivery.
About Restocking Fees & Refunds:
- There is a 15% re-stocking fee on any return that is not an error of our company or website.
- The value of any missing items and/or damaged items will be deducted from the credit amount of a return.
- Shipping/Handling costs are not refundable.
- If you return a product that qualified for free shipping when ordered, our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund.
- It is the original purchaser's responsibility to ensure that returns are adequately packaged, insured, and tracked. All shipping costs are the responsibility of you, the customer.
- Pending inspection, refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be in the same form previously accepted for payment.
Step #1 : Complete this form and submit. Your return cannot be processed without completing this form.
Step #2 : Ship the products back to us in the original packaging with the Order Number from the pick ticket marked on the outside. Absence of an Order Number will delay your return credit.
