XHD Series Load Binder

Works with 5/16" to 3/8" chain size. Two piece forged handle, spring lever release. Ratchet-type load binder used with transport chains to secure heavy loads. Grab hooks on both ends. Never exceed working load limit. Not for overhead lifting.
