These under-bed rails are to be used in conjunction with a Demco brand "UMS" (Under-Bed Mounting System) fifth wheel hitch only.  18K Demco UMS Autoslide Fifth Wheel 8550022

Drilling four 2" holes through the bed is required for the installation of this rail system. See installation instructions link for more information.
